Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details. We receive transaction confirmations and subscription status from Stripe.

All uploaded and generated content is scanned by automated moderation systems. Moderation results (approval status, flagged categories, and scan metadata) are stored for safety and compliance purposes. Content that is flagged for violations may be retained for law enforcement reporting obligations.

4. Content Moderation & Safety
We employ automated content moderation to ensure platform safety. This includes:
- Scanning all uploaded images and videos for nudity, sexual content, and child exploitation material (CSAM)
- Filtering user prompts for prohibited content before AI generation
- Logging moderation decisions for audit and compliance purposes
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law
Moderation data, including flagged content, may be retained indefinitely for legal compliance and safety purposes, even after account deletion.
5. Data Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, payment processing, AI generation APIs, content moderation services)
- Law enforcement: When required by law or to report illegal activity, including CSAM
- Legal proceedings: In response to valid legal processes such as subpoenas or court orders
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except: moderation records and flagged content (retained for legal compliance), payment transaction records (retained as required by tax and financial regulations), and data subject to ongoing legal proceedings or law enforcement requests.
